Job summary

Century BMW, part of the Sonic Automotive family, seeks an E-Sales Agent to generate internet-driven sales appointments and provide a premium customer experience. You will manage inquiries using CRM, learn all products, inventory, financing and incentives, and support the online-to-sales process with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in call centers and online selling is a plus.
• Automotive sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly.
• Generate sales appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and experience.
• Utilize lead management tools effectively.
• Prepare reports and documentation timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
