Job summary

Century BMW, a Sonic Automotive family dealership in Greenville, SC, is seeking an E-Sales Agent to generate sales appointments from internet inquiries and deliver a premium customer experience. This role uses CRM tools and inventory knowledge to manage inquiries and advance sales opportunities.

The E-Sales Agent will be trained on financing and incentive programs, build relationships with customers, and work in a fast-paced environment with uncapped commission potential and competitive benefits.

Job Description

The E-Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The E-Sales Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.

The E-Sales Agent will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.

$45,000 - $100,000 annually depending on performance
