Job summary

Century BMW, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring an E-Sales Agent to generate internet-based sales appointments for new and pre-owned vehicles. You will respond to inquiries promptly, manage CRM data, and deliver a premium customer experience.

You will use lead management tools, become knowledgeable about inventory, financing, and incentives, and strive to exceed performance targets while maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in virtual/online selling is preferred.
• Demonstrated automotive sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate sales appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports and forms on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and provide high customer satisfaction.
