The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Internet Sales Consultant to work in person at BMW Lancaster. Training is provided; prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Formación

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or internet sales preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications and/or pass manufacturer tests.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers as they access the dealership website to answer questions on inventory, product features, benefits of the vehicle and prices.
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and stay up-to-date on inventory and online promotions.
• Bring interested customers into the dealership so they can meet with a sales team member.
• Follow up with leads, as well as with sold and unsold customers, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain momentum by following up throughout all stages of the sales process.
• Earn potential with a competitive salary plus commission for appointments set and deals completed.
