Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated used car buyer to join our Raleigh team. The role involves handling appraisals, following up internet leads, and developing a strong buying network with customers and sellers.

You will work with KBB and dealership software to identify trade values, set appointments for appraisals, and help grow our inventory with quality vehicles. A valid driver’s license and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Stay up to date on products to explain performance and benefits to customers.
Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience a plus.
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

Follow up internet leads from Kelly Blue Book for customers who requested appraisals.
Prospect for sellers via all mediums (e.g., Craigslist, classifieds).
Handle internet and phone leads from customers wanting to sell their vehicles.
Photograph and identify values on vehicles.
Develop and maintain a buying network.
Review trade-ins and appraisals through established processes.
Market to customers selling their vehicles.
