Southern Careers Institute is seeking an Online Admissions Recruiter to join our admissions team. You must live in the United States and will handle inquiries, interview prospects, counsel applicants, and drive enrollment across partner programs.

You will follow approved recruitment policies, maintain timely follow-up, and participate in outreach activities beyond standard hours. SCI is an Equal Opportunity employer and emphasizes ethical, student-centered enrollment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience preferred in In/Out Bound, Account Management or Tech Recruitment.
• Some knowledge of the Tech Industry.
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision making.
• Articulate in both verbal and written communication.
• Able to learn technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.
• Natural instinct to pick up the phone and tackle conversations immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity; follow recruitment policies and redirect unqualified candidates.
• Interview prospective students seeking acceptance into programs offered by partner institutions; set up appointments.
• Counsel prospective students about eligibility requirements and opportunities.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure successful program integration.
• Participate in recruitment activities outside standard work weeks and office settings.
• Recruit qualified applicants in accordance with state and federal accreditation and SCI policies and regulations.
• Conduct activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
