Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Counselor to be the first contact for online degree programs and help enroll students in these programs. The role is Phoenix-based with a hybrid remote status and training weeks including in-person and virtual sessions.

Starting salary is $50,000 per year with earning potential up to six figures after five years. Generous tuition benefits apply to employees and eligible family members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, education or business.
• Or 2 years related experience with at least 60 college credits completed.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and guide students through admissions.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to online students with a structured phone campaign and maintain records.
• Provide counseling to prospective students via phone, email, or text.
• Help students through admissions requirements, credits, and options.
