• Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) Program
• Industrial & Organizational (MIO) PsyD Program
• Military PsyD Program
• Organizational Leadership Program
• PsyD Program
• Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program
• Industrial & Organizational (I/O) PsyD (Ph.D) Program
• Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership Program

Job Overview

Under the guidance of the Program Director, the Adjunct Faculty member leverages industry knowledge to promote the mission of the Department and the institution. Responsibilities include teaching, co-supervising or serving as Second Reader of capstone projects, and mentoring graduate students.

Qualifications

For Masters Program:

• A Master’s in a related field with extensive professional experience; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of one year of graduate teaching experience.
• Illinois Licensure required; LCP, LCPC.
• Training in course design and development; proficiency with presentation software.

For Doctoral Program:

• A Doctorate in a related field with extensive professional experience.
• Minimum of one year of graduate teaching experience.
• Illinois Licensure required; LCP, LCPC, Clinical Psychologist.
• Training in course design; proficiency with presentation software.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proven graduate-level teaching record.
• Commitment to diversity and social justice.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and research skills.

Principal Responsibilities

Teaching, curriculum development, student assessment, participating in faculty duties, and engaging in professional development.
