The opportunity

We are seeking online Adjunct Faculty members for our MBA program at the Global Campus. You will engage students in an asynchronous, inclusive learning environment by providing guidance and resources for a pre-developed online course. Your role includes supporting students through instruction, feedback, and experiential learning to help them achieve their academic and career goals. You will report to the faculty dean team. This is a remote position. #LI-Remote

What you'll do:

• Prioritize Student Engagement: Respond to students within set timeframes, reach out to those needing additional support, recognize holistic needs, connect students with resources, and foster participation and relationships to enhance learning.
• Share Expertise and Resources: Stay current in your field, share your experience, recommend supplementary materials, and find accessible ways to explain complex topics.
• Offer Feedback & Assessment: Evaluate student work, provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes, and promote growth and mastery of course outcomes.
• Facilitate Discussions: Encourage active online participation, promote an inclusive and respectful environment, and support open dialogue and diverse perspectives.

What we're looking for:

• Doctorate in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing (including PhD/DBA with focus in one of these areas).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the business field, including experience in post-secondary business education or research.

Compensation

The standard pay is $2,200 per 8-week undergraduate course and $2,500 per 10-week graduate course. Actual pay depends on discipline and is determined at the time of course assignment.
