Job summary

Falcon Smart IT (FalconSmartIT) is looking for a OneTrust SME with IDM and Okta support in Alameda, CA. This role focuses on implementing regulatory compliance measures and optimizing vendor risk management processes.

The successful candidate will lead third-party risk assessments, manage vendor lifecycle, and develop governance reporting and dashboards. Strong knowledge of privacy regulations like GDPR and a minimum of 10 years in IT are required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management processes and vendor lifecycle management.
• Experience configuring and managing OneTrust TPRM workflows, questionnaires, assessments, and risk scoring models.
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, LGPD, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OneTrust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions.
• Manage vendor lifecycle processes including onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.
• Develop governance reports and dashboards for risk monitoring and compliance tracking.
