Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a seasoned Third Party Risk and Operations Lead to design, build, and lead an enterprise TPRM and procurement orchestration program across the company.

The role partners with procurement, technology, legal, information security, risk and compliance, accounting, HR, finance and business teams to create an integrated operating model, enhance efficiency, monitor supplier risk, and enable shared reporting for enterprise-wide visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in TPRM, supplier risk, procurement, strategic sourcing, governance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and applying AI solutions to TPRM challenges.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and leads with empathy.
• Executive presence with strong communication and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide TPRM program including policies, functions and processes, stakeholders, workflows and program oversight.
• Lead TPRM program in supporting regulatory expectations and responding to audits and control reviews.
• Build program governance and evidence to withstand regulatory scrutiny.
• Define, implement and enforce organization roles for ongoing TPRM program.
• Monitor and continuously improve center-led TPRM operations.
• Participate in audits and reviews of TPRM practices.
• Lead procurement orchestration strategy and embed AI-enabled capabilities across a connected supplier operating model.
• Design and optimize procurement orchestration workflows including onboarding, approvals, and SLA management.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders involved in TPRM and procurement.
