Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Enterprise Privacy Architect to lead OneTrust privacy management implementations across the organization, aligning with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other global regulations. You will design and govern privacy architecture, manage cookie consent solutions, data mapping, DPIA/PIA, and incident response, while collaborating with Legal, IS, and Governance teams.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive enterprise-wide privacy programs and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience implementing OneTrust at scale in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and ePrivacy directives.
• Ability to design cookie management and consent frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of OneTrust Privacy Management across the organization.
• Configure and manage OneTrust modules including Cookie Consent, Privacy Rights, DPIA, and Data Mapping.
• Develop privacy governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and RoPAC.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IS, and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, governance reviews, and architecture approvals.
