Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead deployments of OneStream Financial Close, Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions, applying deep knowledge of OneStream engines and integrations across client engagements.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape the engagement, drive technical governance, and grow the OneStream practice while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or closely related field.
• Experience implementing leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with at least three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in .NET development and SQL within OneStream environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients.
• Facilitate client workshops and document designs for OneStream applications.
• Design infrastructure framework for OneStream that meets scalability, performance, security and compliance needs.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concept to optimize performance.
• Oversee testing, QA, and acceptance testing of OneStream solutions.
