Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead the firm in delivering OneStream Financial Close, Consolidation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and BI solutions across the U.S., leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise.

You will deliver consulting services, guide architecture reviews, and mentor junior staff while staying current with OneStream and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience implementing leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS).
• Minimum of five years of technical architecture experience, with at least three years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide excellent client service.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions to Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design infrastructure framework within OneStream for clients, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concepts for new approaches to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment of solutions and facilitate OneStream solution and architecture reviews.
• Oversee OneStream testing including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• Develop a client roadmap with an overall solution vision and communicate initiatives.
• Identify new areas to apply OneStream to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support governance framework for OneStream COE, including standards and procedures.
• Collaborate to design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream advancements and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff, lead training sessions, and coach team members.
