Job summary

Baker Tilly is hiring an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will deliver consulting on OneStream Financial Close, Budgeting, Forecasting, and BI for national clients, guiding architecture and governance across engagements.

This role emphasizes leadership, deep OneStream and ERP knowledge, and collaboration with client executives to deliver scalable, compliant solutions while growing our OneStream practice and coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with at least three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes and related accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to lead the discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and create client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design an infrastructure framework within OneStream for clients, emphasizing scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts to explore new approaches for performance optimization.
• Guide development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate OneStream solution and architecture reviews.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Collaborate with clients to develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify new areas within financial close and planning where OneStream can drive better results.
• Support development of the Finance OneStream COE governance framework and standardization.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream core platform updates, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff through training programs, sessions, and coaching.
