In this role you will deliver OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions, guide architecture across engagements, and lead junior staff through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience with 3+ years in OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes and related areas.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops and create design documentation for OneStream apps.
• Design infrastructure within OneStream for scalability, performance, security and compliance.
• Develop OneStream proofs of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment and conduct solution reviews for cross-division alignment.
• Oversee testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT) of OneStream solutions.
• Develop roadmaps with clients to align on overall solution vision.
• Support governance and maturity of the OneStream COE standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to design BI, analytics and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly leadership on client engagements and management.
• Stay current with OneStream platform, marketplace solutions and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff and lead training sessions.
