Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join our OneStream practice within Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will contribute to activities that support operating and growing the business, serving clients, developing people, and shaping our culture.

You will deliver consulting services involving OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions to Baker Tilly clients, with a focus on understanding OneStream

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience, with minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge and understanding of the financial close and consolidation process including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how best to develop within the OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design an infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application for clients based on requirements, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts as required for new approaches to optimize performance.
• Guide the development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate OneStream solution and architecture reviews, cross-division alignment.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Work with clients to develop a roadmap that communicates initiatives across the project team.
• Identify new areas where OneStream can improve financial close and planning processes.
• Support the OneStream COE governance framework, defining standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream core platform and AI capabilities.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
