Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will drive OneStream financial close, budgeting and BI solutions for major clients, leveraging deep industry and technical expertise to deliver value.

You will lead workshops, design scalable architectures, and guide teams through implementation, testing, and deployment, while staying current on OneStream innovations and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM) - OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how to develop within the OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and maintain commitment to quality and timelines.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to lead the discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design an infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application for clients focusing on scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts for new approaches to optimize performance.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing across units, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Collaborate with clients to develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across the project team.
