Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate focused on the OneStream Platform to support our Technology Enablement practice in Chicago. The role concentrates on engagement delivery, solutioning, and client collaboration across implementations, optimizations, and technical support.

You will work with leadership to expand capabilities, mentor team members, and translate business requirements into actionable OneStream tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 1+ years of OneStream implementation or optimization.
• Experience with OneStream implementations from start to finish.
• Translate business requirements into OneStream solutions.
• Experience with VB.NET and business rule writing.
• Understanding of core FP&A concepts and financial statements.
• Knowledge of corporate finance processes (close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting).
• Ability to lead teams per design/architecture and delivery.
• Experience guiding client workshops and educating on trends.
• Knowledge of OneStream Marketplace solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data modeling.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, team player.
• Comfort in changing environments.
• Ability to communicate to leadership and internal teams.
• Interest in Riveron culture and initiatives.
• OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation.
• OneStream Certified Professional is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus will be engagement delivery and quality assurance on the OneStream platform.
• Work with leadership on multiple client engagements including implementations and integrations.
• Develop team capabilities andmentor junior staff.
• Collaborate to develop effective OneStream solutions.
• Translate business requirements into specific OneStream tasks.
• Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies.
• Support implementation teams in execution.
• Ensure completion of milestones and deliverables including specs and QA.
• Interface with broader capability teams on opportunities.
• Help develop case studies, trainings, collateral, and templates.
• Assist scoping OneStream modules and services for engagement objectives.
