Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate focused on the OneStream Platform to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role delivers engagements on the OneStream platform, from implementation to optimization and support.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive delivery, develop team capabilities, and translate business requirements into actionable OneStream tasks. A strong background in FP&A concepts and VB.NET is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 1+ years of implementation or optimization of the OneStream Platform.
• Participation in parts or a full OneStream implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective OneStream solutioning.
• Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing.
• Understanding of core FP&A and financial concepts and statements.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation).
• Understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams in implementing the solution.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus will be engagement delivery and quality assurance on the OneStream platform.
• Work with leadership to assist with multiple client engagements, including implementations, optimizations, integrations, and support.
• Further practice capabilities and develop team members.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective OneStream solutions.
• Translate business requirements into specific OneStream tasks.
• Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies.
• Assist implementation teams in executing implementation.
• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components for engagements.
• Collaborate with capability teams to interface with other opportunities.
• Develop case studies, training, collateral, and engagement materials/templates.
• Assist in scoping OneStream modules and services for client objectives.
