Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate focused on the OneStream Platform to join its Technology Enablement practice in New York. The role centers on delivery quality, client engagements, and developing team capabilities.

You will work with leadership across implementations, optimizations, integrations, and technical support, while expanding practice capabilities. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/MIS, 1+ year OneStream experience, VB.net, FP&A knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 1+ years of implementation or optimization of the OneStream Platform.
• Participated in parts or a full OneStream implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements to effectively implement OneStream solutioning.
• Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing.
• Understanding of core Actual and FP&A financial concepts and statements.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes (financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation).
• Understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in implementation.
• Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate customers on technology trends and best practices.
• Broad knowledge and solutioning of OneStream Marketplace solutions.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products and data modelling.
• Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Team oriented
• Ability to work in ever‑changing environments.
• Ability to craft and deliver messages to diverse audiences.

• OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions.
• Work directly with Riveron team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific solutions.
• Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies.
• Assist with implementation teams in executing implementation.
• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including specs, design, configurations, QA, implementations, and project reviews.
• Collaborate with broader Riveron capability teams to interface with other opportunities.
• Develop OneStream Case Studies, technical training, collateral, and engagement materials/templates.
• Assist with scoping OneStream modules and services required to meet engagement objectives.
