Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate focused on the OneStream Platform to join our Technology Enablement practice in a client‑facing role. You will deliver engagements, ensure quality, and mentor teammates while expanding capabilities in OneStream solutions.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive implementations, optimizations, and integrations, translating business needs into actionable tasks and materials for workshops and client sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 1+ years of OneStream implementation or optimization experience.
• Participation in parts or a full OneStream implementation.
• Translate business requirements into effective OneStream solutions.
• OneStream certifications preferred.
• Understanding of core Actual and FP&A financial concepts and statements.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting).
• Ability to lead delivery teams per design/architecture.
• Experience in customer workshops to educate clients on technology trends.
• Knowledge of OneStream Marketplace solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Engagement delivery and quality assurance on the OneStream platform.
• Collaborate with leadership on multiple client engagements including implementations and support.
• Develop practice capabilities and mentor team members.
• Work with team to develop effective OneStream solutions.
• Translate business requirements into specific OneStream tasks.
• Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies.
• Assist implementation teams in executing implementations.
• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including specs, configurations, QA, and reviews.
