Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate focused on the OneStream Platform to join our Technology Enablement practice in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes engagement delivery, client-facing work, and advancing practice capabilities.

You will deliver OneStream solutions, translate business requirements into functional designs, and support workshops and implementation activities, while collaborating with leadership to grow client relationships and internal capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
1+ years of implementation or optimization of the OneStream Platform.
Participated in parts or a full OneStream implementation.
Ability to translate business requirements to effectively implement OneStream solutioning.
Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing.
Understanding of core Actual and FP&A financial concepts and statements.
Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.).
Understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.
Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices.
Broad knowledge and solutioning of the OneStream MarketPlace solutions.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Products and data modelling.
You have the ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships.

OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation
OneStream Certified Professional a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions.
Work directly with Riveron team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific solutions.
Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies.
Assist with implementation team(s) in executing implementation.
Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements.
Collaborate with broader Riveron capability teams to interface with other opportunities.
Work with practice leadership to develop OneStream Case Studies, technical training, business development training and collateral, and engagement materials/templates.
Assist with scoping OneStream modules and services required to assist clients in achieving engagement objectives.
