Henderson Drake is partnering with a global, top-tier OneStream partner to hire an experienced OneStream Planning Manager to strengthen its U.S. delivery capability.

This role sits at the intersection of FP&A expertise, hands-on OneStream delivery, and team leadership. You’ll lead complex planning engagements, work closely with senior finance stakeholders, and guide consultants delivering enterprise-grade planning solutions that genuinely influence decision-making.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of FP&A-focused OneStream implementations, balancing solution design and delivery with people leadership. This is a visible role for someone who enjoys shaping planning strategy while staying close to the build.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OneStream Planning solutions (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning)
• Translate FP&A requirements into scalable, high-performing OneStream designs
• Act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders across multiple client engagements
