Project Start: Late February 2026
We are seeking a seasoned OneStream Planning Consultant to join a high-priority 8-month reimplementation project. Working under the direction of a Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the technical build and configuration of complex financial models. The project focuses on a complete overhaul of the client’s P&L and the implementation of advanced Sales Forecasting and Budgeting modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Build: Execute the configuration and development of OneStream Planning solutions, specifically focusing on rebuilding the P&L above the gross margin line.
- Sales Forecasting: Lead the technical implementation of Sales Forecasting and Budgeting functionalities.
- Data Integration: Assist in connecting and mapping data from source systems, including SAP and enterprise Data Warehouses.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the UK-based Solution Architect to translate design documents into a functional, scalable build.
- Workshops: Participate in initial on-site design workshops and kick-off meetings in Charlotte to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OneStream Expertise: Proven experience as a Senior Consultant with multiple OneStream implementations, specifically within the Planning and Forecasting domain.
- Configuration Specialist: Strong hands-on skills in OneStream member formulas, business rules, data management sequences, and Cube Views.
- Technical Environment: Familiarity with integrating OneStream with SAP or large-scale Data Warehouses.
- Project Delivery: Ability to work within a structured project timeline and meet major milestones.
- Travel: Ability to be on-site in Charlotte, NC, for the first 2–3 weeks of the project (starting Feb 2026), with occasional travel for major project milestones thereafter.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Process Design or Process Engineering is a significant plus.
- Candidates currently local to the Charlotte, NC area are highly preferred.
