OneStream Senior Consolidation Consultant

Finance-Focused Consolidation | Hybrid Across United States

Henderson Drake is partnering with a leading global consultancy to appoint a Senior OneStream Consolidation Consultant to support the delivery of complex consolidation and financial close programmes for enterprise clients.

This role sits at the core of high-profile finance transformation initiatives, focused on Group consolidation, statutory reporting, intercompany, and ownership management within OneStream. You will play a lead role across design, build, testing, and deployment while also acting as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders.

The position offers a flexible hybrid working model and exposure to large‑scale, multi‑entity finance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of OneStream consolidation solutions including legal entity structures, ownership, eliminations, and currency translation
• Configure consolidation workflows, business rules, and cube structures to support complex group reporting
• Deliver close and consolidation process automation for large, multi‑entity organisations
• Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Implement full end‑to‑end close processes including journals, intercompany matching, eliminations, and disclosures
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles during go‑live and hyper care
• Partner closely with Group Finance teams to standardise and optimise consolidation processes

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

• Act as a functional lead on consolidation workstreams across client engagements
• Translate accounting and consolidation requirements into scalable OneStream solutions
• Challenge legacy processes and guide clients toward best‑practice consolidation models
• Support workshops, solution walkthroughs, and executive‑level presentations
• Enhance existing OneStream consolidation models for performance, scalability, and auditability
• Support testing cycles, UAT, and deployment activities
• Contribute to solution documentation and internal knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands‑on OneStream implementation experience with a strong focus on consolidation
• Strong technical knowledge of eliminations, intercompany, ownership, FX translation, and statutory reporting
• Solid understanding of group accounting, IFRS or US GAAP consolidation principles
• Experience leading consolidation workstreams on enterprise‑scale implementations
• Confidence working directly with Group Finance, Controllers, and Finance Directors
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and client‑facing communication skills
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification is advantageous
