Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Shelton, CT is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to lead and optimize our enterprise financial systems. You will oversee OneStream administration, data management, close and consolidation, reporting, and governance, collaborating with IT and finance teams.

The role requires strong VB.NET scripting, Power BI connectivity, and project management skills, with a focus on accuracy, security, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in financial systems and analytics.
• Five+ years administering or optimizing OneStream, HFM, Hyperion, or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or information systems as stated.
• Strong IT skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administration of OneStream and related financial tools.
• Oversee data loads, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation processes.
• Support monthly close, forecasting, and consolidation activities.
• Develop reports and dashboards with Power BI; provide ad hoc analysis.
• Manage projects, coordinate with IT and finance, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Create, document, and enforce governance, controls, and UAT/testing.
