Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Engineer to optimize OneStream-based planning and forecasting across the enterprise. You will translate business requirements into scalable OneStream models, rules, and enhancements while partnering with Finance and Technology teams.

You will support end users, maintain documentation, and drive ALM compliance within an Agile framework using Jira, contributing to expanding OneStream usage and modernizing planning processes.

Qualifications

• OneStream experience required or preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business units and departments to ensure policies and procedures.
• Document system processes and train end users as needed.
• Provide guidance and supervision to teams to maximize productivity.
• Lead projects with cost-benefit analysis and managed workplans for on-time delivery.
• Lead meetings and provide strategic vision for technical concerns.
• Create reports on project status and ad-hoc needs.
• Ensure cross-department integration across systems and platforms.
