Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Program Manager 3 for the OneSat Solar Array Production Program. You will lead the Top Assembly, Integration, and Test IPT and guide the transition from qualification to LRIP and full-rate production, delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The role requires building a cross-functional team, managing budgets with EVM, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with contract scope. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience leading customer-focused projects.
• Minimum 5+ years in program management with successful delivery.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer relationships to develop opportunities within the customer community.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Measure and report program performance to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets using EVM or similar cost/schedule control methods.
• Manage contracts, changes, budgets and key terms and conditions.
• Develop master plans and schedules, manage baselines and resources.
