Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a One-to-One Aide to assist the Teacher with IEP-specified services and provide leadership and guidance to an identified student in a supportive classroom setting.

The role involves supervising student behavior, delivering individualized support under teacher direction, and maintaining progress records while adhering to school policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prefer 1+ year experience working with children and families.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe learning environment per school policies.
• Supervise and manage student behavior in classroom and school events.
• Provide consistent supportive presence in the classroom.
• Escort assigned students to activities as indicated by the IEP.
• Provide individualized instruction and support to a student or small group.
• Collaborate with Teacher and document student progress and behavior.
