Arrow Center for Education School is seeking a dedicated One-to-One Aide to support a student per the IEP and assist the Teacher in delivering instruction in a respectful learning environment.

You will supervise the student, implement individualized teaching strategies, and help record progress while ensuring safety and positive school culture. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience working with children and families, preferably in a school setting.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a safe learning environment within school policies.
• Supervise and manage student behavior in classroom and school events.
• Provide a supportive presence and assist with individualized instruction as per IEP.
• Escort assigned student to activities as indicated by the IEP.
• Assist in documenting student progress and attendance.
