Job summary

STEM School Highlands Ranch is seeking a full-time SPED Educational Assistant to provide dedicated one-on-one support to a student. This position is scheduled for up to 40 hours per week throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong commitment to student learning and development
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Responsive and proactive communication with students and faculty

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, compassionate one-on-one support to ensure student safety and engagement throughout the school day
• Provide proactive behavioral support during classroom activities, transitions, and unscheduled times
• Implement the student’s behavior and safety plans with fidelity
• Collect and maintain documentation related to behavior, interventions, transitions, and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, student support teams, and administrators
• Follow school policies and confidentiality standards
• Perform other tasks to support school operations
