Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to assist the student with learning activities, routines and behavior management.
• Implement accommodations and modifications described in the student’s IEP.
• Collaborate with Special Education teachers and classroom staff to ensure progress.
• Support the student in meeting individualized academic and functional goals.
• Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment and assist as needed.
• Participate in district training programs before and during employment.
