Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent; post secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging one-on-one support to students with special needs in both regular and special education classrooms.
• Create Dedicated Aid plans in collaboration with case managers and teachers.
• Monitor progress and target interventions using data and anecdotal information.
• Enforce school-wide systems, rules, and rewards consistently.
• Participate in professional development and feedback cycles.
• Communicate progress with families and document regularly.
