Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and support strategies as directed.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Assist with daily activities, academic tasks, recess and lunch supervision.
• Monitor, document, and collect data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support social and life skills development.
• De-escalate challenging behaviors and situations as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to tailor student support.
