Job summary

MDS Staffing's outpatient orthopedics division is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for Salt Lake City, St. George, and Reno openings. This role emphasizes true one-on-one patient care, a four-day workweek, and competitive compensation.

You will evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans, collaborate with physicians and PTAs, and document care with AI-assisted EMR. Full-time schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Comfortable providing hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one-on-one physical therapy sessions.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other team members.
• Complete documentation during appointments using an EMR system with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on treatment goals, progress, and injury prevention.
