Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics, focusing on federal employees recovering from work-related injuries. Roles are available at Salt Lake City, St. George, and Reno areas with a four-day workweek and emphasis on one-on-one patient care.

The team collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners, PTAs, massage therapists, and case managers to deliver personalized rehabilitation. Full- and part-time options with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada (or eligibility)
Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work one-on-one with patients with diverse injuries
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, PTAs, massage therapists, and case managers

Responsibilities

Provide exclusive one-on-one physical therapy sessions with no double-booking
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Collaborate with the medical team and document care in EMR
Educate patients on goals, progress, and injury prevention
Supervise relevant clinical staff as applicable
