Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation in Salt Lake City / St. George, UT (Reno opening soon). This full-time role offers a four-day workweek, competitive pay (95,000–115,000 annually) or part-time 45–60/hour, and no productivity pressure.

Work with federal employee patients across agencies, provide one-on-one care, evaluations, manual therapy, and education, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in UT or NV or eligibility
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one-on-one PT sessions with no double-booking
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat musculoskeletal injuries across acute to chronic conditions
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehab
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians
• Complete documentation in EMR with AI-assisted tools
• Supervise and collaborate with PTAs when applicable
• Educate patients on goals, progress, and injury prevention
