Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation in Salt Lake City, St. George, or Reno. Positions offer full-time or part-time schedules with a four-day workweek and no Fridays or weekends.

Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 annually for full-time, with $45–$60 per hour for part-time. Benefits include a 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, CE reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada, or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Comfortable providing hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusively one-on-one physical therapy sessions with no double-booking.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members.
• Document during appointments using an EMR system with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on treatment goals, progress and injury prevention.
