Job summary

Software Placement Group is recruiting a licensed Physical Therapist for our Salt Lake City, UT and St. George, UT clinics, with a soon-to-open Reno, NV location.

The position emphasizes one-on-one patient care in a four-day workweek setting and includes a full benefits package. You will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, partnering with physicians and other clinicians while using AI-assisted documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Utah or Nevada or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Comfortable providing hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusive one-on-one PT sessions with no double-booking.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, and functional rehab techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners and other team members.
• Document during appointments using EMR with AI-assisted tools.
• Supervise and collaborate with PT Assistants as applicable.
• Educate patients on goals, progress and injury prevention.
• Conduct 60-minute sessions and 30–90 minute evaluations depending on complexity.
• Treat patients serving federal agencies and military-related organizations.
