Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our Latrobe, PA programs. The role involves one-on-one interventions with children and adolescents in home, school, or community settings, implementing treatment plans and collaborating with the treatment team.

You will document progress, participate in supervision, and support families, with a focus on developing age-appropriate behaviors. The position pays $18 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED and reliable

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services.
• Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course.
• Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent at home, school, or community settings.
• Implement behavior modification treatment plans as directed by senior team members.
• Document progress notes and data for each session and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with treatment team and family members to support discharge planning.
