Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to provide one-on-one interventions with children and adolescents in home, school, or community settings in Williamsport, PA. Earn $16.50/hr as part of a compassionate, mission-driven team.

You will implement and model intervention strategies, collaborate with a treatment team, document progress, and support families toward discharge. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation; 2 years’ experience or RBT training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Two years of experience in behavioral health preferred; RBT training or college coursework relevant.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one interventions with children/adolescents in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement and model behavior intervention plans per the treatment team recommendations.
• Document behavioral and program data during sessions and maintain progress notes.
• Collaborate with treatment team and family to support development and discharge processes.
