Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in education is a plus.
• Ability to build supportive relationships with students.
• Flexibility to meet individual needs in a school setting.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily attendance and school routines.
• Assist with general library functions.
• Perform simple clerical duties – may include phone calls.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times (breakfast, lunch, playground, bus duty).
• Supervise in-school suspension, time-out and lunch detention.
