Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking staff to provide in-clinic one-on-one therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement ABA protocols, monitor progress, and record data daily to support client development.

You will also assist with parent training and communicate progress with guardians, ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Training on autism, ABA, and behavior intervention methods is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; RBT certification preferred or in good standing.
• Knowledge of ABA and behavior intervention methods.
• Experience with data collection, graphing, and session notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic one-on-one therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Follow prescribed ABA protocols for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Implement behavior change programs to increase desired behaviors.
• Maintain daily data recording and graphing per supervisor guidance.
• Write objective session notes for service verification.
