Job summary

HANDS Centerfor Autism, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one ABA interventions in both home and center-based settings. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision.

The role involves data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with BCBAs to ensure individualized treatment plans are delivered safely and effectively, supporting families and clients in Cary, Raleigh, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in home and center settings.
• Run skill acquisition programs based on ABA principles.
• Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift.
• Work with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on clients' progress.
• Maintain the safety and well-being of all clients during sessions.
