Job summary

Healing Haven LLC in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks energetic ABA technicians to provide one-on-one therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role includes teaching communication, social, play, and ADL skills while maintaining a structured therapy environment.

We offer comprehensive training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and a supportive team. Starting pay is $20/hour with annual merit increases, plus bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred and ability to maintain documentation.
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to walk, run, lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills.
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training.
