Job summary

ABA Insight, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and teens in center-based and community settings. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $19 with a 30-mile radius location requirement around Washtenaw County, MI. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8-4, with a 12-hour minimum commitment and a center at 304 Harriet St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma required.
• Ability to pass background and TB tests and complete online RBT modules.
• Flexibility to travel within 30 miles for client treatment.

Responsibilities

• Establish therapeutic relationships to promote learning.
• Follow treatment plans and collect data on progress.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, community, and school settings.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team for effective care.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
