Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, following an individualized treatment plan, collecting session data and helping clients build meaningful skills.

You will deliver direct services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings, implement programs, document data, and maintain professional communication with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations.
• Ability to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case (home, school, clinic, or community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
