Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under supervision of a BCBA and help clients build meaningful skills, while collecting accurate data and maintaining thorough session notes.

You will deliver services in various settings, implement approved behavior programs, and collaborate with caregivers and scheduling staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in various settings (home, school, clinic, community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
