Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; company-sponsored RBT Certification required prior to independent work with a client.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in psychology or related field; ABA experience; RBT certification.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing notes and documents.
• Run skill acquisition programs using ABA principles (DTT, NET).
• Observe and track behaviors with data collection methods.
• Follow individualized behavior plans and intervene on problem behavior.
• Complete end-of-session tasks and document ABA sessions.
• Learn and use assistive tech and specialized equipment.
• Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, and case reviews.
• Assist with parent trainings by modeling ABA techniques.
